Meal planning Monday w/c 19th May #5

Oh dear we well and truly fell of the wagon last week 🙁 take-aways, McDonald’s you name it.

I am feeling really bloated and fat (must be due periods as well!), so I want to try a detox this week though in reality that probably isn’t going to happen.

Monday: chicken tikka with rice
Tuesday: lasagna
Wednesday: chilli with rice
Thursday: pasta bake
Friday: homemade burgers.

Missing out Sat/Sun this week as we usually just have mish-mash food like chips, nuggets and toasties.

I am busy looking at recipes to try for next week that everyone will like as Lee doesn’t do veggies other than peas, carrots and sweetcorn and the kids just mess about at the moment when it comes to veggies. Not happy but can’t force them to eat them 🙁
Part of me would love to go veggie for a week and cut out all meat, so will see what I can do that will make it easy for me to do that as well as meals for the hubby and kids. Got lots to plan this week for next week’s menu don’t I? Any idea wound be helpful 🙂
