Shopping!

Finally I managed to get into town and spend my birthday money that family were kind enough to give me this year 🙂

I honestly cant remember the last time I went into town to shop, let alone shop for myself! The town center is a sad state of affairs though so I guess I am not missing out on much.

Half the shops on the high street are closed, I was shocked to see Topshop gone – I used to work there when I was in high school – maybe it has moved shops or something…

The town is filled with bookies and charity shops and a bout a million pound shops! Seriously!?

Anyhow rant over lol

I did manage to get the pair of boots that I have been eyeing up for a few weeks managed to find my size tucked at the very back! Luck as it was the last size 5 there and I really had my heart set on getting them. They are knee length almost biker boot style with great grips on the sole – which will be perfect for the winter time if we are to get the snow that is predicted!

And seriously  being 20 weeks pregnant I need comfortable shoes for the winter – I cant get away with wearing my sandals anymore 🙁

I really do think that I shouldn’t have gone into that shop though as I saw so many gorgeous outfits that just wouldn’t do with my pregnant belly and by the time I have the little one something else will be in fashion.

Having said that I do need to invest in a winter coat or paka jacket to go with my new boots so I may need to get 5 minuets to myself again to go and have a proper look. This is my first pregnancy where I am in need of a proper winter coat as with the boys I just missed out having a bump so could just get away with my big thick jumpers and body-warmers. But not this time!

I will be roughly 35 weeks bang on Christmas so you an imagine the belly I am going to have then!
