Fitness Friday – week 4 & 5

Opps I kinda missed out blogging about week 3…. There wasnt much really in way of an update anyway so you havent missed anything 🙂

Not much to report for this week either – have been keeping a food diary and jumping on the Just Dance a few times, but nothing more than that.

I have noticed that I have gone down a few pounds – currently sitting at 9st 10lbs. Not bad considering I’m not really pushing myself. So the soup eating malarky does work… even though I am getting a bit sick of soup everyday. Need to have a bit more variety.

We have invested in a white board and stuck on the fridge where we are coming up with meal plans for the week – seems to be working so far, and its great knowing and planning in advnace what we are going to eat rather than on the evening trying to decide then more often than not we end up not having anything – which isnt great.

Goals for next week:-

  • Just Dance
  • Wii Fit – hula hoop and the like
  • keep up with the food diary
30-something living in Scotland with her fiance Lee and 3 year old son Jack. Baby number 2 is due Dec 2012.
