week 3.
Well I have done slightly better this week – we are on a soup kick at the moment so have been eating tons of that. Some not so heathly like the Thai chicken noddle one- but it is delicious.
My calorie intake this week has been all over the place – I cant seem to keep an happy medium I am either over or under not bang on – which I know is pretty impossible to do I guess.
By logging the food I eat I hope to get a better insight as to what is good and bad – even though I know – but never knew how many calories were in the noddle soup.
Fitness wise – well I have failed there. I didnt end up going to Zumba Friday night instead I forgoed it for a malibu and orange and movie night with the hubz.
I have ordered Just Dance for the Wii in a bid to get me actually using it – yeah I know still havent dusted it off – but the wii fit balance board doenst like our thick living room carpet so dont get true readings :/ – which is why I have invested in the Just Dance 🙂 Think the wee man will enjoy it as well watching mummy try to dance and make a fool of herself lol
Goals for next week:
  • Just dance 3 x – depending on when it arrives
  • go to Zumba on the friday – promis this time.
  • keep any eye on the good and bad soups
