Fitness Friday week 2

I am ashamed to admit that I totally failed my first week =(

But then again I have been keeping track of my calorie intake and logging it over at myfitnesspal.com – if any of you are on there too feel free to add me.

It’s the crisps that have got a hold on me – They are in the house and feel if I eat them now to get them out of the way then not buy anymore it is getting rid of the temptation…… thats how I am viewing it in my mind lol

I achieved my goal of exercising 1 day this week and that involved an 45min/ 1hr walk on Tuesday pushing the wee man in his pram – not sure the exact distance but think it equated to 2 miles round trip. When pushing the pram I am not exactly sauntering I really push and pretty much power walk. I seem to find it easier to walk with I have the pramn than I would on my own, so think will be making much better use of Jack and his pram at the weekends.

Goals for next week:
  • Aim to attend Zumba class next Fri night with friend from work
  • Limit crisp in take to 1 or 2 packets for the whole week,depending how many is left after this weekend.
  • dust off the Wii Fit and set it up again
30-something living in Scotland with her fiance Lee and 3 year old son Jack. Baby number 2 is due Dec 2012.

  1. Crisps are so snack-worthy aren’t they!

    Are you sure you can’t work crisps into your daily calorie totals? I’m a firm believer in making a diet a sustainable lifestyle change, and if you allow yourself a snack each day then you won’t feel deprived and are more likely to stick to your diet.

    Just a thought!
